This hotel had comfortable rooms and great amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Also, the hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions.
Unfortunately, the room cleaning was not up to par. The waste bins were not emptied and towels were not replaced. Additionally, the room was not properly stocked with soap and toiletries. This was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay during Thanksgiving.

The staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast and workout room were nice perks. The hotel was conveniently located near local attractions and had a pleasant atmosphere.
The housekeeping was poor and the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. The lack of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. In addition, the air conditioning unit allowed smoke from neighboring guests to enter our room, which was unpleasant. the negative aspects outweighed the positive aspects of our experience.

It was very clean in the hotel. The king room suited us: it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe. Plenty of food at buffet breakfast.

Comfortable bed, everywhere was very clean, staff was courteous! Within 5 minutes' walk of the bus stop. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like Arby's that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We stayed in the family room and loved it. It offers good prices.
